Introducing Moped’s extension for Chrome
Sharing links is a vital part of how we communicate on the Web. Up until now, we’ve been given great tools for sharing links publicly. As far as sharing links privately is concerned, many of us are still copying and pasting URLs into our email, messaging or chat clients. We think this could be simpler.
With Moped’s chrome extension, you can share links privately with other Moped users with just one click. We’ll also include your Moped “address book” in the extension, suggesting contacts as you type. So, if you came across an article you wanted to share specifically with just two people, you could do that as easily as “liking” or “tweeting” it.
We’ve been using our Chrome extension internally for a few weeks, and can say it’s the fastest way to share links privately with others. Moped’s Chrome extension is available now, for free in Google’s Chrome web store. Check it out!
